Shakti is an initiative for women empowerment championed by Ms. Sarita Rustogi, to help women become self-sufficient and financially independent through their creativity expressed in making, Diyas, Bags, bookmarks, Key chains etc.

Shakti provides opportunities and avenues to these women to showcase their art creations at various places to reach the right customers. LCCWA partners with this empowerment initiative to make confident women who form the backbone of the society.
